Establishment
Arabian Gum Company Ltd. was established as a public joint-stock company in 1969, encouraged by the government to support producers in exporting their Arabic gum products.
Objective
To export Arabic gum and natural resins, develop and enhance their quality, and process them to meet the demands of global markets, thereby contributing to the advancement of the Sudanese economy.
The Types We Offer
There are two main types of Arabic gum:
Type One:
Hashab Gum, scientifically known as Acacia Senegal, which is commercially recognized as Grade One (First Grade).
Type Two:
Talha Gum, scientifically known as Acacia Seyal, which is commercially recognized as Grade Two (Second Grade).
Arabian Gum Company Ltd. offers four types of Arabic gum in a raw refined form, with the possibility of grinding and processing it into a fine mechanical powder, based on our valued customers' requests.

Our Location on the Map
The company has established storage facilities along the Gum Arabic Belt in Sudan, with warehouses located in Nyala, El Obeid, En Nahud, El Gedaref, Ed Damazin, Khartoum, and Port Sudan. It also has branches throughout all areas of the belt within Sudan.
The company owns three factories in Sudan, located in Khartoum, Port Sudan, and Sennar (Singa). Each factory includes specialized laboratories, storage facilities, agricultural plots, and research units. Additionally, the company has branches outside Sudan.
The company has shown great interest in the producers by involving them as shareholders, supporting their development and the improvement of their production areas for decades, and providing them with training. As part of its social responsibility, the company has also contributed to the development of production areas by providing access to water, education, and healthcare.
